Bernard "BJ" Conley is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Conley Security Solutions. He is a senior federal law enforcement executive with more than 17 years of experience leading complex security operations, enterprise risk management, and international partnerships. Throughout his career, he has directed strategic initiatives spanning executive leadership, border security, workforce development, intelligence collaboration, and organizational resilience.
Mr. Conley combines operational expertise with executive-level strategy, advising government agencies, corporations, faith-based organizations, and private clients on security program development, executive protection, threat mitigation, and organizational preparedness. He holds bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Delaware State University and a master’s degree in Executive Leadership from Champlain College, graduating summa cum laude.
